The smart practitioners around this area are the dentist.You receive a call some days prior to appointment and if you don't show up you get a bill.If you do not pay you have option of obtaining another dentist.How are you folks handling the "call this 800 number and refill my prescription"? The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
