Neither, Sounds like it is eugonadotrophic NORMAL Precoccious puberty. 8 isn't all that usual any more. When they weigh 85 -100 pounds is when they start menstruating.

i think first it will be evaluated completely that in which group it is in?hypergonadotropic or hypogonadotropic?then traetment will be started......
