MANI VARGHESE: "?Mucinous cystadenoma of ovary" Dear Dr Mani Its not wise to aspirate an ovarian cyst, it should be dealt with laparoscopically, it should be done soon and an ovarian cystectomy should be performed, to get a hitological diagnosis, spilling some of the cyst fliud is not a problem as long as you wash the peritonial cavity, thoroughly.
