Glen,

I would perform an abdominal "cervical sacropexy" (alias "sacral uteropexy" or whatever name you want to use). The procedure would be laparotomic in my hands, but I believe that also the laparoscopic approach works very well. The operation is usually quite simple and it's similar to the standard sacropexy performed for vaginal vault prolapse, except for the fact that the mesh(es) is(are) secured to the posterior aspect of the uterine isthmus.
