The original posting appears to have been removed, and just as well, because the list of "ACOG-recommended" maneuvers has never been recommended in that specific order by ACOG that I am aware of. The power-point presentation references a 1991 ACOG guideline, but I know ACOG did not recommend the all-fours maneuver in 1991, because I first published it in June, 1991 in the Journal of Family Practice, and I KNOW it would take way more than 6 months for something to get from the family practice literature to a concensus recommendation by ACOG. Am I right guys? The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
