1.)Endometrial biopsy, should show proliferative endometrium.

2. 2.5 cm fibroid, be serious this is nothing.

Do thyroid function tests, glucose tolerance and prolactin if normal then

put the patient on clomid, should concieve in 6-12 months. if does not concieve then do hystson,hystsalp or laproscopy which ever you prefer.
