OB:Claviular fractureFrom: Richard Chudacoff, MD (rchudacoff@mylinuxisp.com)Fri Jan 16 09:48:41 2004
In a recent discussion, there was the question of WHICH clavicle fractures spontaneously with a dystocia, or even uneventful break. Without trying to bias the discussion, would it be the anterior secondary to traction, or the posterior due to compression? Likewise, can anyone scan or fax me a copy of the ACOG management for diabetic mothers and fetal macrosomia from 1991/1994 regarding fetal macros?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
