Elko< NV. Isn't that the home of Waddie Mitchell? Dan -----Original Message----- From: ob-gyn-l@obgyn.net [mailto:ob-gyn-l@obgyn.net] On Behalf Of Brian W. Fox, MD, FACOG Sent: Wednesday, January 07, 2004 6:21 PM To: Multiple recipients of list OB-GYN-L Subject: Re: I'm Baaaaack (with a question) Here in Elko, NV, we are not required to come in to see all labor checks, UTI's etc. before discharge. Such a policy change would result in a major mutiny among the OB's here. We have no house staff and rely on our OB nurses to be our eyes and ears for many patients, both during early labor and all those other visits for various complaints -- Brian W. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
