Re: Another physician lawsuitFrom: RModugno@aol.comWed Jan 7 18:14:31 2004
In a message dated 1/7/2004 6:51:41 PM Eastern Standard Time, evsono@pipeline.com writes: Harrison was apparently so weak, Dr. Liederman held his hand and essential signed for him - a bit abusive, don't you think? Also, he released info after the family told him not to. art He was also censured and fined by his local medical society. Sorry Gerald, sounds like patient abuse by a "star-struck" physician. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
