I bet you are right! It hadn't occurred to me that a "local good gyn onc" would do primarily a myomectomy - yet sign it out as a subtotal hysterectomy.

However - I think we have all seen the times when the anatomy was so distorted that perhaps we could think we did a supracervical and only did the myomectomy. ... Maybe ...

Garry - did you get the op note and path reports? Was there an endometrial cavity in the specimen?
