Ok - I am feeling "behind the times" ... My hospital microbiolgoy lab has us use the pink transport media and we send the HSV out for tissue culture ... I am only doing gyn. Under what circunstances do you 1. tissue culture 2. do serum antibody testing 3. do PCR (or other) test?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
