Re: Case / question to the list: PLEASE LET ME KNOW YOUR OPNIONSFrom: Charlie Chambers (cchamber@gorge.net)Mon Dec 22 15:45:55 2003
However, the growth of the gestational sac is quite predictable. About 1 mm per day. Therefore, if you saw a 8 mm sac on Friday, and nothing was seen on Thursday, I would have some concern. Further, given the skepticism we all have regarding quant HCG, many would argue abandonment of hcg once ultrasound presence is confirmed. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
