Thanks for the reply I was hoping for some nice pearl, but knowing there was no Pattern in 5 cases is very useful information in its self; it sort of reinforces my belief of the limited value of IUPC. The best way to prevent c-sections due to CPD is to have one experienced person follow a MOM through out the active phase of labor. I never base the decision to do a c-section the results of serial exams from different examiners there is usually some much variability and noise in that data that it’s not very useful.
