If you're never sure when your bird is done ... here are some pretty good instructions ... Happy Thanksgiving. BAKED STUFFED TURKEY 16-17 lb. turkey 1 cup melted butter 2 cups of stuffing (Pepperidge Farm is good.) 2 cups of uncooked popcorn (Orville Redenbacher's low fat), Salt/Pepper to taste. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brush turkey well with melted butter, salt, and pepper. Fill cavity with stuffing and popcorn. Place in baking pan with the neck end toward the back of the oven. Listen for the popping sounds. When the turkey's ass blows the oven door open and the turkey flies across the room. It's done!

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
