20 some year-old GI P 0, 9-10 weeks - left adnexal mass about 6.5 x 6.5 cms - sonographically looks like an endometrioma - (could be a dermoid) Ca 125 = 37 - (nv up to 35) Hx of right oophorectomy when 2 months old - don't know path - at first she asked for TOP - but then not sure - cried -inquired about alternatives, choices, how to proceed - - boyfriend definitively wants termination - what would be your approach in counseling her - and her boyfriend?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
