F.R.S.C.: "Re: Didelphys uterus and VBAC" I just performed a laparoscopy on a 22 year old G1P1 with a didelphys uterus. She needed a lysis of adhesions from her previous CSection (for breech). This question is academic because she isn't pregnant: If she gets pregnant in the non-scarred uterus, can she have a vaginal delivery? Thanks for your thoughts... The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
