John, if things like GC, Chlamydia,actinomyces?, have been ruled out, why should her fallopian tubes be blocked? Yes, HPV is an STD, but does that mean she should have the IUD removed? Is there a relationship between HPV and upper genital tract disease?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
