ASCUS - 3 Abnormal paps and no action from Doc

I am 27 years old and have had three pap smears since Feb. all of which have been abnormal showing ASCUS cells. I was pregnant with twins and lost the first baby at 8 weeks and the other at 16 weeks. Could my miscarriage have been related to the ASCUS cells? Also, what should my doctor be doing in the way of treatment? So far all they have done is schedule me for another regular pap in December. I'm under Navy care and I'm not sure they are being pro-active enough. Any help would be great. Thanks so much.
