That's the thing. I pay attention to my gut and it tells me something is fishy. Lately I've been doing the health department family planning clinics while our NP is recovering from a laminectomy (and yes, my other partner is still in Kuwait and yes I AM tired) and of course I don't develop any kind of a relationship with those women, so when one walks out of the office with someone I just know in my gut is an abuser and I haven't been able to talk to her alone, I just get this crappy feeling in my gut that I have somehow failed her.
