Geez, how awful. That's one of the things that has me less and less enthused with this whole thing, the (usually) unspoken accusation that whatever happens is going to be my fault, no matter how badly the pt screwed up. Saw a lady today who told me she hadn't felt ANY fetal movement since last Sunday. She went to the local ER Monday and they found FHT's and told her to call me the next day but she "doesn't have long distance service" so just waited til outreach clinic today. Baby hasn't moved ALL WEEK. She still has FHT's, U/S shows a baby that just lays there without any movement at all, and she was sent to the hospital for NST. Still waiting on results.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
