Re: CNM scope of care**protocolsFrom: Garry E. Siegel, M.D. (garrys@mindspring.com)Mon Aug 4 19:09:10 2003
Does anyone have a handy-dandy protocol used in their office that sets what the employed CNMs can/cannot do/handle that I could beg/borrow/steal to use and modify for our use? I realize ACOG has a nice book, but I need the nuts and bolts "how-to" version to have in place in my office. Please email privately, and thanks in advance. If my spamblocker blocks you, I'll have to accept the private email, and will gladly do so. Garry

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
