Family history of IUD conceptionsFrom: James.Boso@kp.orgMon Jul 28 12:28:32 2003
This is a multipart message in MIME format. --=_alternative 005EE37688256D71_ Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" I have a 35 y.o. patient who conceived while using an IUD ( 10 yr. life ), as did her 22 yo, her 25 yo. and her 39 yo. sisters ( all with the 10 year life ). All were well under the 10 year date. Has anyone heard of a family history of IUD failures? --=_alternative 005EE37688256D71_ Content-Type: text/html; charset="us-ascii"
I have a 35 y.o. patient who conceived while using an IUD ( 10 yr. life ), as did her 22 yo, her 25 yo. and her 39 yo. sisters ( all with the 10 year life ). The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
