In fact it was both ann Boleyn (#2) and Catherine Howard (#5) who were beheaded. Ann was unjustly accusely and executed along with a number of her male members of family with an accusation of incest - a fatal problem with the church - either Rome or England - of the day. Catherine Howard was in fact a lady of many males, who was rightly accused of making Henry, a cuckle. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
