DearAll, a patient who had abdominal hysterectomy two months back for a huge myoma 24weeks size has come back with complaints of watery discharge per vagina every m9nth lasting for a bout 7 days.the discharge is not urine and is self limiting .it is copious she changes four pads per day.no other associated symptoms. how should I manage her ? what investigations are needed? what is the likely cause?USG is normal with regards , Dr.Poongulali SBC Yahoo! The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
