Believe it or not; I was told when I explained the ACOG statement, that I cannot be a servant to ACOG. That ACOG shpuld not decide how to run my practice. Essentially, the hospital is trying to manipulate my decisions. Then they are making it look like I am afraid to do VBACs because of all the potential things that could happen. Practicing in fear of litigation.\ They even said my documantation lokked like it was written by a lawyer. Guy

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
