Actually, it was non-OB and still ongoing as far as I know. I was accused of NOT doing exactly what I DID do within 15 minutes of the first time I saw the patient. That's what really p*ssed me off when I first got the papers---they someone could actually print that I DIDN'T do something, when it was quite clear in the record that I DID, and it took over a year to get myself dropped from the case, which is still borderline at best against the remaining defendants. I guess I should leave the rest unsaid till resolution of case.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
