Gosh, Marilyn, as someone to whom this "simply didn't happen", I'm a little offended by your assertion. The lawyer who took on a borderline (at best) case and sued me doesn't seem to be in any danger of going bankrupt. I was dismissed from the case after more than a year but some of my partners are still involved in this "borderline" (at best) case.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
