I agree. The viagra adds are a little annoying, but since I get 100+ posts a day from various lists, I get a little pleasure seeing that it's a piece of mail that I can quickly go past.

The Nigerian posts amaze and amuse me. It's like watching a pick-pocket work right in front of you.

The volume does wax and wane. When a particularly interesting case comes up, there still is a good responce.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
