Huh? Now they have mathematicians on legal cases? Richard Chudacoff, MD America will never be destroyed from the outside. If we falter and lose our freedoms, it will be because we destroyed ourselves. I guess âpay for serviceâ is an oxymoron like âmilitary intelligenceâ and âgovernment assistanceâ Richard Chudacoff, MD Actually, in one sense, doctors (esp. those like us in ob-gyn) often DO get absolved for doing a good job. The human body is VERY forgiving and can take lots of insult and keep on going. If you actually practice below the standard of care, you can go on and on and practice and get paid UNTIL one of the patients has a bad outcome. THEN, if they put two plus two together, you might get sued. ROFLOL Joe P. ..

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
