Interesting point, and important.

When "the law" defines substandard care, they don't define the standard as "the average" doctor. And that's a good thing. If that were the definition, then 1/2 the doctors would by definition be practicing substandard care.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
