Garry,

I adhere to the rule not to do PV on RoM if there are no contractions, and if I do a PV, I deliver her within 24 hours. I do NOT induce previous C/S. EVER.

In this particular case, I'd give her Amoxicillin and wait 12 hours or so for her to go into labour. If she didn't I'd do a vaginal bypass.
