Prostin gel 2mgs intracervically q 4 hrs - (haven't tried Cytotec PO) be sure, as Steve pointed out - she has IUP - I don't think she has an abruptio - the ones I've seen to produce sudden IUFD - patients seemed restless - uncomfortable - large enough to be sonographically evident... She will deliver vaginally - be patient.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
