Re: should i become an ob-gynFrom: Greg Le Toubib (glang@solarwinds.com)Thu May 29 13:52:34 2003
Sean, Today is my 30th anniversary of being a doctor and 26th for an OB/GYN. Despite what people say, if you like it you will continue to like it. I practice in Canada so there are little malpractice problems. I practice in the rural North so the pay is as good as the US without the pressures.Money and malpractice are the downers of OB/GYN If you can find a place where these are less important, the rewards are bountiful

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
