As far as I am aware these tumours are very chemosensitive and a complete cure can be expected with fertility preservation. I see you have a reference from Art for a paper from Egypt, and I found one in Gynecological Oncology 40:2-6,1991 from Peking Union Medical College Hospital, Beijing, reporting 28 patients between 1962 & 1987 with germ cell tumours, 7 of them with endodermal sinus tumours, treated conservatively. Remission was attained in 18, and of the 10 who wanted to get pregnant there were 7 full term deliveries. Steve
