Does she have a lot of columnar epithelium all over the cervix and even onto the vagina?????

My partner has a patient with copious vaginal discharge, which is mostly bothersome by its presence. She is in every week or two with the same complaints. On occasion, it's been BV, but usually it's just there in huge amounts - "It runs down my legs". Just in the abstract, we were tossing around trying to obliterate the glands producing secretions! Any pearls on dealing with this? Thanks.
