She doesn't need to have hyst and remaining ovary removed, when she finishes her family she could have a Tah removal of remaining ovary. (She is young enough that she may not be menapausal after chemo). The pathalogy description is strange,did you feel clinically that there was tumor on the surface of the ovary. Endodermal sinus tumor is the sort of case our pathologists would send to a Gyn onc pathologist for review.
