If she is lucky to have a family doc,primary care doc or whatever there called in your neck of the woods send them a dated letter with your recommendations for future reference when she shows up with bulging parametrium. I never discharge patients its an ethical thing, I am very happy when some patients choose to go elsewhere for care. It sounds like she has chosen to go elsewhere for care, I would say you are are off the hook, and ofcourse document everything.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
