And why not? there's no business like no business! Here's another reference alluding to the split in the plaintiffs' bar - specifically alluding to the asbestos issue which, if not handled, threatens to sink any hopes for economic recovery in our lifetime. Law.com Outlook Brightens for Action on Asbestos Tuesday March 18, 2:02 am ET Marcia Coyle, The National Law Journal http://biz.yahoo.com/law/030318/081b0b0603f9bfd05815a3ba6e74fb3d_1.html being a non-paid subscriber - i've no access to lexis-nexus but possibly you can find more. what can i say? i have no porsche and i don't pay golf. putting my fourth thru college now and praying that the liability premium hike is NOT the rumored 40 %. art

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
