I fully agree with you, the patient is obviously overcorrected. I scoped her postoperatively on two occasions and I confirmed this clinical impression. This is why I would perform a urethrolisis.

(How could I perform a Burch operation? The patient had an advanced uterovaginal prolapse and this condition must be treated vaginally. We do not use combined abdomino-vaginal approaches any more.)
