Shingles in pregnancy

I have a 31 yo G2 P0 patient at 12 weeks EGA who developed an herpetic lesion along the D-9 dermatome. IgM titer for varicella-zoster is negative and IgG titer is very high. Other than a level II ultrasound would you recommend any further work-up?
