Look at the chart before you walk in the room. That is even in the charts we have here at the County Hospital. If it isn't in your office chart, you have a real problem.

it can be a bit embarrassing to walk into a room, introduce yourself, only to have the patient remind you that you delivered her last baby.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
