Have the appointment maker (that is, one of the several who make appointments) write the name down and hand me the chart. 2. Have the appointment maker tell my nurse, who knows all :). 3. Have the nurse (we rotate) on the prescription line give me the chart/name, etc. It isn't a big deal, I'm just searching for ideas. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
