pregnancy questionFrom: michelle (cutemitz@yahoo.com)Tue Feb 25 07:49:53 2003
im 22 years old and the last time i had my period was january 8 2003 and until now i still havent got my period i made 2 pregnancy test but its still negative. by the way i have a hyperthyroidism but the last blood result of my T4 on december was quite normal i got 11.38 but still my TSH is still zero. is there any possibility that im pregnant or is there any other option aside from pregnancy test that i can detect that im pregnant. anyway the farmacist where i bought the pregnancy test told me that there are some women dont produce hcg for 3 months, it really bothers me a lot coz since i have a hyperthyroidism i might be the one of those women she was talking about. please i need help.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
