Here's a good topic, tho you may have discussed it prior and I missed it.

How many on the list are in favor of or actually now do cosmetic laser (spider veins, wrinkle removal, etc) in their office? How has it worked out (lets talk numbers)?

In this day of soaring office costs and rapidly declining HMO & Medicare (non)reimbursement, this is a valid question for many of us seeking economic survival and one I am sure many have considered. What say you?
