I agree. Have said nay for many years and continue to. BUT....I have to admit the idea of a cash service performed in the office, untouched by HMO or Medicare BS, does have a significant ring to it. We have to pay our staff + benefits + various and sundry rising costs, and those numbers continue to go up, while our reimbursement continues to fall. We are well trained in laser, after all, easily as well as most, and have a built-in patient base that would use this service.

Maybe it's not so sad after all, Garry....?
