Actually, maybe a bit of both. Certainly, I've repaired a bladder injury or two vaginally, but there haven't been too many. Also, it has been quite a while, although one could lilken this to riding a bike (i.e. you may not do it much, but you never forget how). Furthermore, right or wrong, there may be merit in involving a urologist.
