How did it happen? Was it an IUD diagnosed on routine antenatal FUs or was it premature rupture of membranes follow by birth a live/death baby? What happened to the cerclage? Was it forced through or removed following intractable uterine contraction? Was the baby small/big for gestational age? Most importantly what was the autopsy finding?
