I received this infomatiom from Rick today.

I had the misfortune of watching from my 16th floor balcony the last vorage of the Colombia over the skys of Dallas. I am Still very sad and I will never forget what I saw.

KHOU-TV Channel 11 and the Houston Chronicle have established “The Spirit of Texas Columbia Scholarship Fund” to provide scholarships for children of astronauts killed in the shuttle tragedy.

Money generated from the fund will go toward college scholarships for children of astronauts of the space shuttle Columbia. At least four of the seven astronauts killed in the tragedy have young children. An account has been established at Sterling Bank.

Checks can be mailed to:

The Spirit of Texas Columbia Scholarship Fund C/O Sterling Bank Box 40333 Houston TX 77240-0333

Donations will be accepted at any Sterling Bank beginning Monday, Feb. 3. Visit banksterling.com for a list of area locations.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
