While this is pretty much true (adoption stuff) ... the question remains whether it is at all reasonable for the woman posted in this scenario - bilateral renal transplants etc - should even consider a pregnancy.

While we (themedical professions) have helped many people live reasonably normal lives who would not have never reached reproductive age in the past - it seems to me that they now see friends having babies and they want to be "normal" and have a baby too.

Are there women who are putting themselves at significant risk by pursuing this myth - that everyone should have a pregnancy and birth ... regardless?
