Art,

MRI is cool, but the nearest one is 2000 kilometers away.

CT ain't bad iether but the nearest one is 730 km away by road transport.

Remember we have at least 30% HIV prevalence in our pregnant population (30% is the figure from the sentinel survey of ANC, so the non booked patients will raise that somewhat), so we see a lot of HIV encephalitis...

If the TB treatment isn't working we are probably not going to exclude astrocytoma...
